PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Infuse Media Group, LLC. (“Infuse”) collects information from users of this site, how Infuse uses the information, and what choices users have on the collection, correction, and use of such information. When this Privacy Policy refers to Infuse, we, or us, it includes Infuse and its subsidiaries and affiliates.

Personally Identifiable Information

The only personally identifiable information that we collect through this site is information that you provide to us through this site. Personally identifiable information may include your name, birth date, telephone number, postal address, e-mail address, financial information, or other personally identifiable information.

Our policy is to maintain the privacy of personally identifiable information and not to use or disclose it except as provided in this Privacy Policy. For example, you may use this site to send us your questions or comments. When you send us a question by e-mail, we will use your return e-mail address to respond to your question. We will not share your return e-mail address with others except as provided in this Privacy Policy.

Users who provide us with a postal or email address may receive periodic mailings from us about items that may be of interest to them. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please contact us. (See “How To Contact Us.”) Users who provide us with telephone numbers will only receive telephone contact from us if they have requested it.

While our policy is not to disclose personally identifiable information to outside parties, we may disclose such information if we have your permission beforehand or special circumstances exist, such as when we believe that disclosure is required by law. (See “Special Circumstances.”)

The confidentiality, use, and security of any personally identifiable information that we collect or host for customers pursuant to a contract will be governed by the contract.

Anonymous Information

The anonymous information that we collect through this site may include the type of web browser you use, the name of the domain from which you accessed the Internet, the Internet address of the site from which you accessed this site, the pages and areas that you have visited on this site, the date and time you accessed this site, and other information that is not personally identifiable.

We use anonymous information collected through this site primarily to improve the content and usefulness of this site and to customize the content or layout of this site for individual users. We may also use anonymous information to improve our marketing efforts.

Voluntary Customer Surveys

We may periodically conduct customer surveys. We encourage our customers to participate in these surveys because they provide us with important information that helps us to improve the types of products and services we offer and how we provide them. Your personally identifiable information and responses will remain strictly confidential, even if the survey is conducted by a third party that we hire. Participation in any of our customer surveys is voluntary.

We take the information we receive from individuals responding to customer surveys and aggregate (combine) it with the responses of other Infuse customers to create broader, generic responses to the survey questions (such as gender, age, residence, hobbies, education, employment, industry sector, or other demographic information). We then use the aggregated information to improve the quality of our products and services, and to develop new products and services. This aggregated, anonymous information may be shared with third parties.

Special Circumstances

It is our policy not to use or share personally identifiable information or use it in ways unrelated to the ones described above, without providing users an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. We may disclose such personally identifiable information, however, if we believe, in our sole discretion, that it is reasonable to do so under the circumstances. Our reasons for disclosure of personally identifiable information may include, for example, to satisfy our obligations under the law, such as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, regulations, or governmental or legal requests for information; to disclose information that is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our user policies; or otherwise to protect Infuse and its customers.

These cookies do not enable third parties to access any of your information, unless they have access to your hard drive.

This site has electronic security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. While we will make every reasonable effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from illegally obtaining this information. Security measures are also in place at the physical facilities where our servers are located to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of information that we have collected from you.

We do not encrypt unsolicited e-mail, however, so you should avoid including personally identifiable information in any unsolicited e-mail that you send to us.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under thirteen years of age. If you are under thirteen, please do not provide us any personally identifiable information. If you have any reason to believe that someone under thirteen may have provided us personally identifiable information, please inform us immediately so that we can delete such information.
